Villa is located only a 8km far away from the centre of Gumusluk. Bodrum Farm is a select, purpose built holiday haven for the more discerning traveler. Three separate villas (Main Villa, Studio Villa and House Villa) offer the choice of total privacy or perfect accommodation for a group of friends or families wishing to share a fun holiday but not living space. Whether the three villas are taken together for a big party of up to twelve or for three separate families, there is plenty of space to allow privacy for all. For families the separate areas allow the choice for occasionally having adults and children segregated for a change.

The Main Villa
The main villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus luxurious modern kitchen complete with fireplace. Large glass French doors set in a wall of glass open out onto a terrace by the pool.The large, comfortable and stylish living room could also be used as a bedroom if you wish the villa to sleep six.

Built in a horse-shoe configuration this terrace nestles between the two arms and gives perfect shelter from local breezes should you be here at the time of year when this is a welcome prospect.
The kitchen has a large table and chairs for those wishing to eat inside for a change.

The Studio Villa
The studio villa is a surprising spacious 55 sq. mts. with a breakfast kitchenette, fridge and bathroom.
Tucked away around the side of the main villa the studio villa is neither overlooked by nor overlooks the main villa.
The studio villa has glass walls and glass French doors which open out onto it’s own garden. At the end of the garden path is a separate eating area with a stone wood burning oven perfect for baking bread and a BBS; throw in a frozen pizza if you like no one would care in these beautiful surroundings.

The House Villa
The house villa has one bedroom and a breakfast kitchenette with fridge off the living room plus bathroom Once again the living room could double up as a bedroom for those wishing to sleep four. The three villas share parking space but the clever design has ensured that this villa doesn’t overlook either of the other two and isn’t overlooked itself.
